Prophetess Rozelyn Harris

Bio

    Prophetess​ ​Rozelyn​ ​Harris accepted the calling on her life in 1980 and soon began her ministry as an evangelist.   She spoke at various local churches in San Diego County while attending Greater Harvest COGIC under Pastor Gilbert Pearson in San Diego, CA.    However, she always had a heart for hurting women and women in crisis.   Subsequently, in 1987 God opened the door for her to assisted in the Women’s Ministry at Manna COGIC  under the direction of Pastor Gerald Miller and Janet Pearson-Miller.  Her work in this ministry was instrumental in transforming women’s life who was assigned by the courts to the House of Metamorphosis Drug and Alcohol Treatment program.  The ministry was responsible for picking up women from the program, many coming out of prostitution,homelessness, or drug or alcohol addictions. Many of these ladies wheremothers and lost their children, our ministry would teach women how to start taking care of themselves again, from personal hygiene, first business suits, getting apartments, and going with them to court to try to get children back.

     Harris also has a many years in the business field.   She worked as a Communication Manager/Conference where she was responsible for planning major conferences at Hyatt Regency San Diego and Marriott Hotel & Marina for major names such as Republican National Convention (RNC), Democratic National Convention (DNC), International Baptist Conventions, COGIC, National Convention. and many others.

    In 2005 Harris moved to Oklahoma and began involved with local churches in the Owasso, Oklahoma area.  Not only was she a sought out speaker, but assisted Rev. Al Harris, her father, in the founding of New Creation Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

    Harris' other accomplishment include: 1). In 2009 - Stated “Blossom Like the Rose” Ministries for women’ coming out of domestic violence and assisting local women’ ministries, assisting women with food, clothes, children needs, new apartments. Guest speaker at local women’s ministries such the “Regina Project” named after woman killed by domestic violence.  2).  2010 – Founded “Leading Ladies Living for Christ women’s ministry (3LC), at

Christ Church of Owasso under Pastor Dale Jones, teaching women to become empowered in who they are as leaders, providing them a venue to walk fully in the gifts God has given them, also working closely with ministries such as “Pregnancy Resource Center Owasso- providing other options than abortions to our youth to Life Link ministries- building schools and homes for orphans in Guinea-Bisseau, West Africa.  3).  2012 – Host Owasso first Non-Denominational Christian Women’s Conference “Ladies of Excellence” with a team of dynamic anointed leaders all over Owasso and Tulsa County and was featured in the Owasso Reporter in 2012. Continue to form Annual Ladies of Excellence Women’s conferences and mentor other women’s ministries on forming conferences.  

     Prophetess Harris joined In The Spirit Christian Church in 2015.  At In the Spirit, Harris has served worship leader on the Praise and Worship Team.  Under the director of Pastor Sharyn Cosby, Harris her prophetic call in ministry and works at the church full time as the Church Administrator.  

     Harris is a mother of three adult children and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with an emphasis in legal studies at Grand Canyon University.  Harris said, "My hearts desire is to speak what God says and to represent the silent voices in Tulsa and ultimately the nation."
